German-Speaking Sales Support Representative

Your responsibilities:

• You will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our sales team.
• You respond effectively to customer inquiries by proposing suitable products.
• You guide our customers throughout the entire process: from needs assessment to preparing quotes and coordinating delivery times and other details.
• You will proactively follow up on your tasks and the associated administration.
• You enjoy working with a team to start up projects and ensure clear communication and planning.
• Additionally, you assist our Account Managers with the preparation of quotes and ensure customers receive all necessary information on time.

Your profile

• You are detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• You are tech-savvy and have strong administrative skills.
• Ideally, you have completed a technical education and have an interest in technology or lighting.
• You are fluent in both German, English and preferably Dutch, written and spoken.
• You are a real team player and easily connect with colleagues.

• A permanent full-time position (part-time negotiable);
