German-Speaking Sales Support Representative

The tasks

- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our sales team.
- You respond effectively to customer inquiries by proposing suitable products.
- You guide our customers throughout the entire process: from needs assessment to preparing quotes and coordinating delivery times and other details.
- Additionally, you assist our Account Managers with the preparation of quotes and ensure customers receive all necessary information on time.

Your profile

• You are detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• You are tech-savvy and have strong administrative skills.
• Ideally, you have completed a technical education and have an interest in technology or lighting.
• You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
